4. Payment Terms
4.1 Booking and Deposit
- A non-refundable booking deposit (Advance) is required to secure your pet's relocation date. This deposit will be applied toward your final service invoice. i.e 50% of the over all shipment value or Total Air freight amount + Air way bill Booking charges which ever is higher.
4.2 Balance Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to departure.
- Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other specified modes.
4.3 Price Revisions & Additional Charges
Quotes are subject to change due to:
- Airline fluctuations, government fees, currency conversions.
- Regulatory compliance costs.
- Changes under 25% of the total estimate may be charged automatically; higher amounts will be confirmed with the client before processing.
4.4 Transaction Fees
- Refunds may incur a transaction fee (i.e, 3%, for all payments made through any and all 3rd party payment Gateway) to cover processing costs.
- Clients bear full responsibility for international currency fluctuations and bank conversion.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Full Refund Eligibility
- Cancelations within 24 hours of booking: full refund of paid amounts, minus any direct expenses already incurred by our team.
5.2 Partial Refund Terms
- If cancelled outside the 24-hour window but before [15 days] of relocation:
- Refund = Paid amount MINUS the non-refundable deposit and any prepaid vendor or regulatory costs which also includes govt fees & liaison charges.
- Non Refundable Deposit / Booking Advance includes Origin Charges, Airway Bill Booking Charges & standard cancellation charges.
- Standard cancellation charge (only for cab & crate booking) :
- Cab: Rs.2500 fixed cancellation charges
- Crate Booking: Rs.2500 fixed cancellation charges .
5.3 No Refund Scenarios
- Once processing has begun (after 24hrs of booking confirmation)—such as documentation, foreign agent co-ordination, crate procurement, or NOC (No Objection Certificate) processing—cancellations become non-refundable.
- Foreign Agent Charges - 100% no refund on cancellation requests 24hrs after booking.
5.4 Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–45 business days, depending on the payment method and banking timelines.
5.5 Exceptions & Special Conditions
- For international relocations : stricter cancellation timelines may apply, with higher non-refundable charges due to overseas logistics
- Some services may be explicitly marked as non-refundable in booking confirmations
6. Automatic Payments & Payment Plans
- If a payment plan is offered, enrollment in automatic payments continues until the full balance is paid. Clients may terminate this arrangement upon written notice.
- Overdraft or bank charges arising from failed automatic payments are the client’s responsibility.
7. Refund Process & Requirements
7.1 Submission
- Clients must submit refund requests via email to [email address], including:
- Booking reference.
- Reason for cancellation.
- Date and time of refund request.
7.2 Verification
- Requests will be reviewed and processed upon validation of booking details, service stage, and incurred costs.
7.3 Refund Issuance
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–45 business days .
