1. Scope of Services & Shipment-Specific Inclusions
Our company provides pet export services strictly as per the service components explicitly outlined in the final accepted quotation. The nature, scope, and delivery mechanism—whether administrative, logistical, veterinary, or regulatory—shall be governed by internal protocols and prevailing international best practices, as interpreted and implemented by our company. Any service not expressly mentioned in the quotation shall be deemed out of scope and may be arranged, if feasible, only at an additional cost and solely at our discretion.
1A. Excess Baggage / In-Cabin Travel (Accompanied Pet)
Included Services (As Quoted):
Regulatory export documentation as per Indian law Procurement of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) Coordination of serum antibody titre testing (if applicable) Final delivery of approved export documentation to foreign agent (Handover only)
Not Included: Any post-documentation responsibilities unless the foreign agent is recommended by us and engaged formally Charges payable to foreign agents or assurance of their performance Ground handling or clearance at destination unless pre-agreed in writing Local cab/transport services unless booked in advance at additional cost Ancillary services including microchipping, veterinary health certification, courier logistics, or blood collection—these can be facilitated on request, subject to feasibility and additional charges
Client Responsibilities: Booking of flight tickets for both owner and pet Independent coordination with destination-side agencies unless contracted through our
partner network Timely submission of accurate and complete documentation
1B. Manifest Cargo (Unaccompanied Pet Transport)
Included Services (As Quoted): End-to-end export documentation
Procurement of NOC from competent authority Local customs clearance (Indian side only) Transport to airline cargo terminal Air Waybill (AWB) booking and coordination of departure logistics
Not Included: Destination-side handling or clearance unless pre-contracted through a partner agent Any costs related to medical testing, vaccination, blood draw, certification, microchipping, or courier—available optionally at additional cost

1. Scope of Engagement
We assist in import permit procurement as per the regulatory framework prescribed by the Ministry of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS) and Animal Quarantine & Certification Services (AQCS).
Services include: Review and verification of eligibility and documentation Preparation and submission of the import permit application Coordination with competent authorities for processing
The above constitutes our entire scope. All other services are separate unless explicitly listed in the quotation.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must: Provide accurate documentation including passports, travel proofs, pet health/vaccine records, and ownership history Disclose previous permit attempts or imports Confirm pet’s compliance with ownership and import eligibility criteria
Failure to disclose may result in permit rejection and forfeiture of fees.
3. Permit Issuance & Authority Discretion
Final approval rests solely with AH&VS and AQCS. Felcan Pets Relocation Worldwide shall not be liable for: Processing delays due to government workload Resubmission requests or clarifications
Rejection owing to incorrect ownership or travel status
4. Timelines & Validity Permit processing: 10–30 business days (variable) Fast-track (if available) incurs an additional charge Permit validity: 30–60 days (subject to official policy)
5. Arrival Conditions Pets must land only at authorized ports of entry (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore,
Hyderabad, Kolkata, or others as allowed by the competent authority) The pet must undergo mandatory inspection at the designated office of the competent authority immediately after arrival—non-negotiable
6. Non-Inclusions
Unless paid for separately, the following are excluded: Airport handling Airline bookings Veterinary support Quarantine facility bookings Duties, demurrage, or customs charges Liaison with freight handlers or airline agents
2. Destination Country Import Clearance & Destination Liabilities
Import-related charges such as duties, brokerage, quarantine, or destination-side services are
excluded from our quotation unless explicitly mentioned. The client must: Liaise with destination authorities for real-time updates on import procedures and costs Take full responsibility for compliance with destination entry protocols
Also excluded unless explicitly quoted: Veterinary care or vaccinations Transit care, boarding, or insurance Off-hour or holiday handling Refunds for delivered crates or accessories

3. Flight Amendments Changes requested >14 days prior to departure: Subject to rebooking charges Changes <14 days: Freight charges will be forfeited

Quotations are valid for 15 days from issuance. Upon expiry, a new quotation may be issued due to: Airline rate changes, fuel surcharges, embargoes, seasonal pricing, or regulation shifts Client-requested material changes
Only the most current quotation shall apply.
9. Airline Pricing & Variability
Quoted airfreight charges are indicative and depend on: Verified crate dimensions and weight Real-time airline tariffs and capacity Fuel surcharges, route changes, or embargoes
Clients agree to pay any cost differentials as assessed at time of booking.
Unless explicitly mentioned, the following are not included: Handling between 8:00 PM–8:00 AM, weekends, or holidays Delays due to document re-issuance or veterinary issues
10. Additional & Discretionary Charges (To be borne by client) Waiting times due to client-caused delays or errors Freight recalculations due to crate or pet size changes Additional Air Freight charges due to crate change upon Airlines instructions.
11. Serum Antibody Titre Testing Low titre results require re-testing at client’s expense Courier fees for external collection to be borne by client Turnaround depends solely on the diagnostic lab. Fast-track options may be available, only on payment of additional fee
12. Limitation of Liability
Felcan Pets Relocation Worldwide is not responsible for: Airline delays, customs issues, strikes, embargoes, or force majeure Illness, stress, injury, or mortality of pets during or post transit Crate/accessory loss or damage after dispatch Failures beyond our control post-handover to third parties
Sedatives are prohibited. Emergency treatment, if needed, will be executed at owner’s cost.
13. Client Obligations Declare all medical, behavioural, or breed-related concerns Provide compliant crate (unless supplied by us) Follow export procedures as laid out in quotation and advisory timeline
14. Conduct & Service Termination
Service will be immediately terminated for: Unsafe pet behaviour Abusive conduct by client Changes introduced post-quotation approval
Zero tolerance applies to threats or misconduct.
15. Regulatory Compliance & Client Interference
We adhere strictly to mandates issued by the Ministry of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS), Indian Customs, AQCS, and all relevant authorities. Client’s must not attempt to alter, bypass, or reinterpret regulations. Any such interference shall lead to: Immediate termination of services without refund Cancellation fee of INR 25,000 or the total quotation value, whichever is lower Full charge for all services rendered up to the point of termination
16. Timelines, Expedition & Country Regulations
Each country has its own import/export regulations, and our company shall define a precise
process timeline in line with such laws, which must be strictly adhered to by the client.
If a client request’s expedited processing and the timeline is not practically viable within legal
constraints, no refunds will be issued for shipments that cannot be completed. Where expedition is possible and compliant with all regulations, we may offer accelerated processing at an additional cost, but without any assurance of success.
**Although certain procedures in this process are conducted by government authorities free of cost or at no charge, our company retains the right to levy a professional service fee for the facilitation, processing, and execution of these services.
